About us

Trible B's Backyard BBQ was created on the thought of a hobby; building a custom smoker to cook for family, friends, and small catering events. Not knowing where this was headed when we first started, as we expanded our line of hand-crafted smokers we eventually grew to larger events and projects. As we grew, Trible B's expanded to a home-base at Blackstone Creek, serving smoked meats and sides running a second menu to continue our outreach. Trible B's was built on the idea of the Texas Style BBQ restaurants that we loved to visit. We are now a catering service offering small portions also for pre-order. We also offer dining room rental for private parties.
